Let us tell you that Dhruv Kumar Tripathi has said that the officers of the Secondary Education Department are acting arbitrarily for giving the old pension of the government. In the year 2001, the subject-specific appointment was made and in 2003, the High Court also gave an order for adjustment.
In the year 2006, the status of full-fledged education was also given by amending the Selection Board Act. The government has decided to give old pension to all such government servants whose selection advertisement was issued before 28 March 2025.
However, even after this, the benefits of the old pension scheme are not reaching the teachers. Now we would like to inform you that the Secondary Education Minister Gulab Devi Ji has said that they were appointed on contract for 11 months at 5000 rupees and after this, it was renewed every year, so they will not be considered eligible to avail the old pension scheme.
Let me tell you that on this matter, Raj Bahadur Chandel of the independent group has said in the middle that these subject experts had been regularized and given the post of lecturer and principal.
